1902 Vesper Highball
Ingredients
- 50ml Edwards 1902 Potato Vodka
- 50ml Lillet Blanc wine
- 50ml premium light tonic water
- Dash of orange bitters
- Flambé lemon twist
- Rosemary sprigs

Method
- Fill highball glass to the top with cubed ice.
- Add 50ml, Edwards 1902 Potato Vodka, 50ml Lillet Blanc and a dash of orange bitters.
- Top with premium light Indian tonic water.
- Cut a large lemon twist and hold over the serve. Hold a naked flame over the rind, a plume of fire should form, expressing the drink with charred lemon oils. Discard the lemon twist.
