Our Spirits

At our distillery, we transform locally grown 'King Edward' potatoes into smooth Edwards 1902 vodka, which then becomes the base for our Yorkshire Rhubarb Vodka and Edwards Vodka Liqueurs, featuring ingredients like rhubarb from the Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle and single-origin coffee from our Lincoln & York neighbours. Meanwhile, our single malt English whisky, crafted in North Lincolnshire with Yorkshire’s finest barley, has been resting in oak since the summer of 2020. Its journey began in ex-bourbon casks, with a final maturation in a PX sherry cask for our first release, and subsequent releases are aged in our own English rum casks, set to debut in December 2024 and late 2025 as part of The Flarepath Series.
