Our Spirits

At our distillery, we transform locally grown 'King Edward' potatoes into smooth Edwards 1902 vodka, which then becomes the base for our Yorkshire Rhubarb Vodka and Edwards Vodka Liqueurs, featuring ingredients like rhubarb from the Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle and single-origin coffee from our Lincoln & York neighbours. Meanwhile, our inaugural series of English single malt whisky, crafted in North Lincolnshire with Yorkshire’s finest barley, began it's journey resting in oak in the summer of 2020. Starting off in ex-bourbon casks, with final maturations in, a PX sherry cask for our first release, our own English rum casks for our second, and our final in port casks, these three releases forming our Flarepath Series.
