Edwards 1902 & Soda No.1

Ingredients

• 50ml Edwards 1902 Potato Vodka
• 25ml Cloudy Apple Juice
• 75ml Carbonated Water
• Fresh Pear Slice
• Fresh Sage Sprigs

Method

1. Fill a highball glass to the top with cubed ice.
2. Add Edwards 1902 Potato Vodka, Cloudy Apple Juice, and Carbonated Water.
3. Add fresh pear slice.
4. Clap fresh sage between hands to release oils and add to the glass.
5. Serve, sip, enjoy.
