Elderflower Mojito
A refreshing thirst quencher for those British Summer days
Ingredients
- 30ml Edwards 1902 x Bottlegreen Elderflower Liqueur
- 30ml White Rum
- 30ml Soda Water
- 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- Juice of 1 Lime & a slice to garnish
- Handful of Ice
Method
- Muddle the lime juice, sugar syrup and mint leaves in a shaker
- Add the Elderflower Liqueur and Rum and give it a gentle stir
- Fill a highball glass with crushed Ice
- Pour shaker over ice and top with soda water to taste
- Add additional mint and slice of lime
- Enjoy!
