Ingredients
- 50ml Edwards 1902 English Rhubarb Vodka
- 75ml Sparkling Wine (we recommend Chapel Down)
- 25ml Soda
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- Orange to garnish
Method
- Fill glass with ice
- Add vodka, sugar syrup and lemon juice
- Top with sparkling wine
- Add dash of soda
- Stir gently
- Add orange to garnish
