The Edwards Christmas Cosmopolitan

Serves two

Ingredients

• A handful of ice
• 100ml Edwards Rhubarb Vodka
• 50ml Cranberry Juice
• 50ml Clementine Juice & 50ml Lime Juice
• 50ml Triple Sec
• 25ml Ginger Syrup
• 1 Whole Nutmeg
• Garnish with Orange Zest

Equipment

• 2 x Martini Glasses
• Cocktail Shaker Tea strainer
• Jigger Hand grater

Method

1. Grate a quarter of the nutmeg into a shaker and add  the cinnamon.
2. Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker. Shake for 10 seconds. Add ice, shake for a further 20 seconds.
3. Strain through a strainer to remove any large  pieces of nutmeg.
4. Pour into glasses and grate orange zest over the top.
