Method

  1. First, heat the cream and sugar in a pan on the stove until the sugar has dissolved, then give a thorough whisk until frothy.
  2. Add your vodka, coffee and coffee liqueur to a cocktail shaker (without ice) and give a very quick shake to combine.
  3. Pour straight into your glass and layer the froth gently with a spoon.
  4. Finish with grated dark chocolate.
