Warm Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 25ml Edwards 1902 English Potato Vodka
- 35ml Edwards 1902 Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- 35ml Hot Espresso
- 100ml Single Cream
- 100ml Caster Sugar
Method
- First, heat the cream and sugar in a pan on the stove until the sugar has dissolved, then give a thorough whisk until frothy.
- Add your vodka, coffee and coffee liqueur to a cocktail shaker (without ice) and give a very quick shake to combine.
- Pour straight into your glass and layer the froth gently with a spoon.
- Finish with grated dark chocolate.
