Edwards 1902 & Soda No.2

Ingredients

• 50ml Edwards 1902 Potato Vodka
• 100ml Carbonated Water
• 2 x Fresh Strawberries
• Mint Sprigs

Method

1. Hull and cut two fresh strawberries into halves.
2. Add one piece to a highball glass.
3. Half-fill the glass with cubed ice.
4. Add the two pieces of fresh strawberry to the glass.
5. Add 50ml Edwards 1902 Potato Vodka.
6. Top with 100ml Carbonated Water.
7. Pick fresh mint sprigs.
8. Clap between palms to release oils and add to serve.
9. Add a final piece of fresh strawberry to serve.
10. Serve, sip, enjoy!
