Edwards 1902 & Soda No.3

Ingredients

• 50ml Edwards 1902 Potato Vodka
• 100ml Carbonated Water
• Fresh Pink Grapefruit Slice
• Mint Sprigs

Method

1. Fill a highball glass to the top with cubed ice.
2. Add 50ml Edwards 1902 Potato Vodka.
3. Add 100ml Carbonated Water.
4. Cut a fresh pink grapefruit wedge.
5. Squeeze the juice into the serve and then discard.
6. Use a sharp knife to cut a fresh pink grapefruit slice and add to serve.
7. Pick fresh mint sprigs, clap between palms to release oils, and add to serve.
8. Serve, sip, enjoy!
