Rhubarb & Raspberry Rush
Serves two
Ingredients
- 2 Parts (100ml) Edwards 1902 Rhubarb Vodka
- 1 Part (50ml) Raspberry Liqueur
- 6 parts (300ml) Classic Tonic
- 1 Part (50ml) Lemon juice
- 10 x Fresh Raspberries
- A Handful of Ice
Equipment
- 2 x Highball Glasses
- 1 x Stirrer
- 1 x jug
- 2 x Paper straws
Method
- Put the ice in the glasses then divide and evenly distribute the raspberries between the glasses.
- Pour the Rhubarb vodka, raspberry liqueur and lemon juice into the jug and stir gently.
- Gently add the tonic and stir again.
- Divide the contents of the jug between the two glasses.
- Add a paper straw and serve.
