Ingredients
- 1 part (50ml) Edwards 1902 Rhubarb Vodka
- 3 parts (150ml) Clementine Tonic
- A Small Handful of ice
- A shaving of clementine
Equipment
- 1 x Lowball Glass
Method
- Put the ice in the glass.
- Add the Rhubarb Vodka, then add the tonic.
- Bend the orange shaving over the surface of the drink to release the oils, then add to the drink and serve.
