The Rhubarb & Custard
Serves two
Ingredients
- 2 parts (75ml) Edwards 1902 Rhubarb Vodka
- 4 parts (100ml) Custard
- 2 parts (100ml) Whole Milk
- 1 part (50ml) Rhubarb Puree
- 2 Pinches of Ground Cinnamon
Equipment
- 2 x Martini Glasses
- 1 x Small Mixing Bowl
- 1 x Hand Whisk
- 1 x Spoon
- 2 x Martini Glasses
Method
- Pour the Rhubarb vodka, custard and cream into the bowl and whisk together.
- Add the puree and using the spoon, gently marble throughout.
- Distribute evenly into both glasses.
- Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the top and serve.
