The Rhubarb & Custard

The Rhubarb & Custard

Serves two

Ingredients

  • 2 parts (75ml) Edwards 1902 Rhubarb Vodka
  • 4 parts (100ml) Custard
  • 2 parts (100ml) Whole Milk
  • 1 part (50ml) Rhubarb Puree
  • 2 Pinches of Ground Cinnamon

Equipment

  • 2 x Martini Glasses
  • 1 x Small Mixing Bowl
  • 1 x Hand Whisk
  • 1 x Spoon
  • 2 x Martini Glasses

Method

  1. Pour the Rhubarb vodka, custard and cream into the bowl and whisk together.
  2. Add the puree and using the spoon, gently marble throughout.
  3. Distribute evenly into both glasses.
  4. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the top and serve.
